Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Returns with a Receipt
Personalized and non-personalized items with a valid receipt may be exchanged hassle-free for the same item or another of equal or lesser value.
Non-personalized items with a valid receipt may be returned for a complete refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns without a Receipt
All personalized and non-personalized items without a valid receipt may be exchanged for merchandise equal to or lesser than the value of the order at the time of the exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
